Upper Arm Channel Link
This is the elbow-to-head link of the 'MG90S Animatronic Desk Lamp Robot' kit. It is a 131 x 47 x 28 mm U-channel, printed web-down, with its joint axes 95 mm apart. The elbow tongue is 32 mm wide and takes the MG90S/SG90 horn on one side. On the other side it takes an M4x16 bolt, a captive M4 nut and a 7 mm boss that runs on a 624 bearing (4 x 13 x 5 mm). The head clevis is 36 mm wide. It has two M3 heat-set bores (4.0 mm) at a 44 mm pitch for the slotted servo plate, and a 13.05 mm press-fit seat for a 624 bearing.
