Upper Leg Bearing Plate
The outer half of the upper leg in the 'MG996R 12-DOF Quadruped Robot Dog' kit. It is a 169 x 60 x 5 mm plate that screws onto the four 44 mm posts of the Upper Leg Servo Plate with M3 screws, which sit in 6.5 mm counterbores and thread into heat-set inserts. At the shoulder, a 30 mm boss holds a press-fit 625 bearing (16.05 x 5.2 mm pocket, 6 mm through-hole) for the M5x20 pivot bolt. At the knee, a 5.5 x 16 mm M5 slot is the idler side of the 44 mm knee clevis, and you slide it to line the pivot up with the servo shaft.
