Vise-Mount Fret Saw Bird's Mouth V-Board
A 150 x 80 mm bird's-mouth saw board for coping, fret and jeweler's saws. The 36 mm wide, 70 mm deep V-notch ends in a 12 mm drilling hole. A 35 mm tongue grips in a bench vise, or you can screw the board to a bench edge through two 5.5 mm counterbored holes, which take #8, #10 or M5 screws. Two 6 mm ribs under the fingers keep them from flexing while you saw thin stock, PCB or sheet plastic.
