Window Screen Spline Roller Tool
A two-wheel spline roller for rescreening window and screen-door frames. It is a 150 x 24 x 16 mm handle with an open fork at each end. Each fork holds a 35–36 mm wheel on a 625 bearing (5 x 16 x 5 mm). The wheels have 16.05 mm press-fit bores and run on an M5 x 30 bolt. There is a captured M5 nut pocket, and an M5 washer goes on each side of the bearing. The convex wheel presses the mesh into the channel, and the 90° V-groove wheel seats the spline. Both wheels print on sprues beside the handle and snap off.
