18650 Three-Cell Pack Cradle
A cradle chassis for building a 3S (or 3P) 18650 pack: three 18.9 mm teardrop bores on 21.5 mm centres hold the cells in two 8 mm end collars plus a mid saddle, leaving both terminals flush with the outer faces at exactly 65 mm so nickel strip can be welded straight across. 82 x 68 x 34 mm, with raised + / − polarity ribs above each bore alternating for series wiring, four 3.4 mm M3 clearance holes to bolt the pack into a project, and four 12 x 5 mm zip-tie slots through the 3.5 mm base.
