Tent Pole Splint Repair Sleeve
A 120 mm slide-on splint sleeve that repairs a snapped 11 mm tent pole section: 11.4 mm teardrop bore (0.4 mm slip fit), 4 mm walls, tapered lead-in mouths at both ends, and two M3 self-tapping set-screw bosses (2.6 mm holes) that pin it to each pole half so it can't migrate off the break. A centre notch in the full-length stiffening rib lines it up on the crack; overall 120 x 19.4 x 22 mm with a flat printed pad on the bottom. Print in PETG or ASA for UV and cold tolerance.
