608 Bearing Press Drift And Cup

A double-ended bearing press tool for an M8 threaded-rod press: one end is a Ø21.5 mm drift whose 19.2–21.5 mm annular face lands only on a 608 bearing's outer race (never the shield), the other end is a stepped receiver cup (Ø24 mm × 12 mm deep, stepping to Ø17 mm) that catches a 608, 625 or 624 as it comes out. 44 mm tall, Ø32 mm scalloped grip body, 8.3 mm through bore for M8 all-thread — print two copies to have a drift and a receiver on the rod at once.

Slide-Jaw PCB Soldering Vise

A print-in-place PCB soldering vise: a 110 x 38 x 8 mm base rail with a captive T-slot jaw that slides along it, holding boards from 15 mm to 79 mm wide in a pair of 2.6 mm edge grooves (sized for 1.6 mm FR4). An M4 self-tapping screw through the sliding jaw jacks against the rail floor to lock it; four 4.5 mm M4 clearance holes bolt the rail to a bench or plate.

2020 Rail Filament Dust Filter

A filament dust and lubrication filter that bolts to a 2020 extrusion rail with two M5 T-nuts (5.5 mm holes, 16 mm apart in one slot) and hangs a 20 mm sponge chamber clear of the rail. Filament drops in through a chamfered funnel mouth, passes a cut sponge cube resting on the internal ledge, and exits a 4.3 mm bore that accepts 4 mm OD PTFE tube. Overall 75 x 26 x 34 mm, gusseted so the tower does not snap off the mounting plate.

Mini Miter Box Saw Guide

A 120 mm bench-top miter box with guided 90° and left/right 45° saw slots for cutting trim, dowels, and small stock by hand. The channel takes pieces up to 34 mm wide and about 20 mm thick, and two counterbored holes let you screw or clamp it to a bench.

Upside-Down Glue Bottle Stand

A weighted-footprint cup that parks a wood glue bottle nozzle-down so the glue is always primed and never crusts over. The tapered Ø27–35 mm bore self-centers most 8–16 oz caps, with a 12 mm drip well below the tip and two side slots for grip and level checking; 80 mm base, 60 mm tall.

Five-Size Drill Guide Block

A handheld drill guide with five tall bushing towers (3.2, 4.2, 5.2, 6.4 and 8.2 mm) that keep a bit perfectly perpendicular, plus a 90° V-groove underside that self-centers the holes on dowels and round stock. Block is 102 x 36 x 44 mm.

Nightstand Valet Phone Dock

A 95 x 70 mm catch-all tray with two compartments for keys and coins plus an upright slot that stands a phone (up to 13 mm thick with case) face-up on a raised shelf. A tunnel through the back wall feeds the charging cable up to the phone's port so the cord never leaves the dock.

Wrap-Around Hand Sanding Block

A palm-sized sanding block with a flat 88 x 68 mm face and a contoured grip; a quarter sheet of sandpaper wraps the bottom and tucks into the two tapered slots on the end shoulders, which wedge tighter as you sand. Hollow-cored so it stays light and cheap to print.

Right Angle Corner Clamp Jig

An 80 mm L-block that holds two boards at a true 90° while glue sets, with open windows so a spring clamp reaches straight through to the workpiece and a rounded corner relief for squeeze-out. Two 4.5 mm holes let you screw it down to a bench or assembly board.

Extension Cord Wall Wrap

A two-horn wall cleat for figure-eight wrapping an extension cord, air hose or rope, with flared post tips that keep the coil from slipping off. 120 mm wide, mounts with two countersunk screws and holds roughly a 50 ft 16-gauge cord.

Round Stock Center Finder

A 90 mm V-jaw layout plate that drops over the end of any round bar, dowel or pipe from about 9 to 70 mm diameter; scribe through the long centre slot, rotate the stock 90° and scribe again — the crossing point is dead centre. The 8 mm deep V lips self-centre the tool so it can't rock off the end face.

Sawtooth Jar Lid Wrench

A flat lever wrench whose toothed V-jaw bites any lid from about 21 to 72 mm across, so a stuck jar, bottle or pill cap pops with wrist leverage instead of hand strength. 126 mm long, 9 mm thick, with a hang hole in the handle.

Toothpaste Tube Squeezer Key

A winding key that grips the flat tail of a toothpaste or ointment tube in a 3.2 mm slot; twist the finger-hole knobs to roll the tube up and push every last bit out. 96 mm long with a Ø7 mm hang hole in one knob.

Socket Organizer Rail

A wall or pegboard-mountable rail with eight graduated blind holes (8-16mm) that hold metric sockets by friction, keeping them lined up and visible on a workbench. Overall size 150 x 30 x 14mm with two mounting holes for screws.
