Adjustable Solar Panel Tilt Bracket
A print-in-place hinged tilt bracket for small 10–100 W solar panels, 140 x 60 mm with a 5 mm base plate and a 60 mm-tall detent post. The base bolts to a roof rail, van rack or shed wall with four M5 lag screws (5.5 mm clearance holes) and the panel wing takes four M5 frame bolts; a single M5 x 60 bolt through the post and quadrant fin locks the tilt at 15°, 30°, 45° or 60°, with strap slots on both plates for frameless panels.
