18650 Four-Bay Screw-Contact Test Sled
A sled that holds four 18650 cells (18.4 x 65 mm) in 19 mm open-top troughs on a 24 mm pitch, so you can test, balance or capacity-check salvaged cells without spot-welding. Each end wall takes an M3 brass heat-set insert (4.0 mm bore) on the cell axis. An M3 screw threads in to clamp the cell and make contact, with 3 mm of travel at each end. Footprint 100 x 87 mm, 20 mm tall.
