Bar Load Cell Riser Mount With Overload Stop
This is a cantilever base for the bar-type strain-gauge load cells used with HX711 boards. A 40 x 30 mm riser holds the fixed end 20 mm above a 110 x 50 mm plate. Its 5.5 mm slot, with a hex-nut track underneath, takes M4 or M5 bolts in a 15–26 mm pattern, so you don't need a matching bracket. Under the free end is an M4 heat-set overload-stop post: a screw in it sets the gap so a dropped weight can't over-bend the cell. The plate fixes down with four 4.5 mm (M4 / #8) holes.
