2020 Fence Print-In-Place Flip Stop
Repeat-cut length stop for a miter-saw or cut-station fence built from 2020 extrusion: an L-saddle (20.4 mm pocket, 4 mm walls, 30 mm long) sits over the rail and locks down with two M5 bolts into T-nuts in the top slot, and a print-in-place 6 mm thick, 16 mm wide stop arm swings on a 5 mm printed pin. Down, the arm hangs flush against the saddle and reaches to 1.5 mm above the extrusion's bottom face so a board end hits a flat face; flipped up it lies on top of the rail out of the way, so you set a length once and never move the saddle.
