2020 Extrusion End Tapping Guide
A tap guide for threading the centre bore of 2020 aluminium extrusion. A 20.4 mm square socket with a chamfered mouth slides over the cut end, and a 5.5 mm guide bore about 25 mm long holds the M5 hand tap square to the profile, so butt-joint screws go in straight and don't wobble. Two sight windows let you check the extrusion is seated against the cap, and the part is 28 x 28 x 50 mm overall.
