40-Way Ribbon Cable Ladder-Lock Strain Relief
A ladder-lock strain-relief bridge for 40-way 1.27 mm-pitch ribbon cable (50.8 mm wide). You weave the cable through three 54 x 2.4 mm slots so a pull on the cable loads the plastic bars, not the solder joints or the header pins on your Pi or perfboard. It's 74 x 36 x 9 mm and screws down with four M3 holes (3.4 mm, 66 x 24 mm pattern). The legs leave a 58 x 6 mm tunnel underneath for the cable.
