Serpentine Fin Cable Strain Relief Block
A strain relief that screws inside a project box at the point where the cable exits through the wall. You press a 3–5 mm DC barrel, JST or 2-core lead into a channel with three alternating fins. The fins force it into an S-bend, so a pull on the cable outside doesn't reach your solder joints. It's 60 x 22 x 14 mm, mounts with two M3 screws (3.4 mm holes on 50 mm centres) and has a zip-tie slot that runs under the floor if you want extra grip.
