HDMI And USB-C Plug-Through Cable Bulkhead
This screw-on bulkhead plate lets an HDMI or USB-C cable with the plug already fitted pass through a project-box wall. Cut a 30 x 16 mm window in the enclosure and push the plug through. Slide the cable sideways into the 8 mm slot (cables up to about 7.5 mm OD), then fix the 64 x 44 x 3 mm plate over the window with four M3 screws on a 52 x 32 mm pattern. The half-pipe saddle on the plate is 23 mm tall and has two 4 mm zip-tie grooves that hold the cable, so a tug on the cable doesn't pull on the port inside.
