1590B-Size Printed Stomp Box Enclosure
A guitar pedal enclosure with the same 112 x 60 x 31 mm outside size as a Hammond 1590B. The walls are 2.5 mm thick and the top is 3 mm. Each corner has a boss with a 4.0 mm bore for an M3 brass heat-set insert, so you can screw on a flat aluminium or printed base plate. The 3 mm pilot holes mark a footswitch, three pots, an LED, in/out jacks and a DC jack. Step-drill each one to fit your parts, so you don't pay for an $8–15 metal box just to hold a perfboard build.
