Flexure Snap Latch For Project Box Lids
A screw-on flexure latch for DIY project boxes. A 34 x 24 x 5 mm pad bolts to the box wall with two M3 screws (3.4 mm clearance holes, 20 mm apart). A 2 mm thick, 16 mm wide spring arm ends in a hook with a 3.5 mm catch and a ribbed thumb tab, so the lid snaps shut and lifts off without tools.
