624 Bearing Drafting Board Cord Corner Pulley

A screw-down corner pulley block for DIY parallel-rule drafting boards. A 624 bearing (4 x 13 x 5 mm) on an M4 x 16 bolt acts as the sheave. The 44 x 44 x 18 mm block has two 3 mm cord tunnels that turn 1 mm braided cord through 90° with no rub points. The bolt head sits in a counterbore underneath and a captured M4 nut pocket is on top. Four counterbored #6 wood-screw holes fix the block to the board corner.
