8 mm Rod Pull-Out Closet Valet Bracket
A side-mount bracket that turns a length of 8 mm steel rod into a pull-out closet valet rod for staging tomorrow's outfit or the dry-cleaning. You screw the 130 x 40 mm plate to the inside of a wardrobe or cabinet side panel with four #8 wood screws, using 4.8 mm slots that let you shift it 8 mm front to back. The rod runs in a 130 mm long 8.3 mm slip bore, and an M3 screw driven into a 2.6 mm self-tap hole sets the drag, so the rod stays wherever you leave it.
