Biped Electronics Battery Deck
This black 80 x 70 x 3 mm top deck is part of the 'SG90 Parallelogram-Leg Biped Walker' kit. It bolts onto the Biped Hip Servo Torso's heat-set posts with four M3 screws through 3.4 mm holes on a 64 x 52 mm rectangle. It carries a 4xAA battery holder, strapped on with a zip tie, and a controller on standoffs that screw into a 5 x 5 grid of 3.4 mm holes at 10 mm pitch. A 3 x 4 mm stiffening lip on the underside stops the deck warping or flexing and stays clear of the torso posts. A 30 x 8 mm pass-through carries the servo wires.
