C And D Cell Twin V-Saddle Screw-Contact Holder
A two-bay battery holder for C cells (26 mm) or D cells (34 mm). Each cell sits in a 90° V-saddle, so one holder takes either size. At each end, an M4 bolt runs through a vertical slot in a 5 mm wall and is locked with a nut on each side. Slide the bolt up or down to meet the cell centre, screw it in to clamp the cell, and fit a ring terminal under the outer nut. The slot spans centre heights from 18.75 to 34.25 mm, and the 74 mm gap between the walls clears a 61.5 mm D cell. The base is 84 x 84 x 40 mm and mounts with four 4.5 mm holes for M4 or #8 screws.
