Cabinet Door Damper Screw-Clamp Mount
This surface-mount block lets you add a cheap push-in soft-close damper to an old kitchen cabinet without drilling into the edge of the face frame. A 90° V-tunnel grips any damper barrel from 8 to 12 mm, and two M4 screws threaded into 3.4 mm pilot holes clamp it down. Four 4.2 mm slots for #6 wood screws let you slide the 46 x 44 x 27 mm block ±4 mm so the plunger meets the door.
