Lazy Susan Pole V-Jaw Split Collar
Half of a two-piece shelf stop collar that clamps around the steel centre pole of a corner-cabinet lazy Susan so the round shelf stops sliding down and dragging on the base or catching the door. Print two identical halves and bolt them face to face with two M5 bolts and nuts; the opposed 90-degree V jaws grip any pole from 24 to 32 mm, covering both the 1 in (25.4 mm) and 1-1/4 in (31.75 mm) poles common in 1980s to 2000s kitchens, and the collar installs without removing the pole. Each half is 64 x 22 x 16 mm with a captured M5 hex-nut pocket on one ear and a 9 mm socket-head counterbore on the other, so the pair needs no tools beyond one hex key: use M5 x 40 bolts for a 1 in pole or M5 x 50 for 1-1/4 in. Sit the collar under the shelf hub with the 16 mm flat face up.
