M5 Screw-Press Walnut And Pecan Cracker
A screw nutcracker that sits flat on the counter. The 90 x 52 x 24 mm closed frame holds a captive M5 hex nut. You drive an M5 x 60 socket-head bolt with a 4 mm hex key, and it presses walnuts, pecans or hazelnuts (about 10–50 mm) into a V-notch anvil. The pressure builds slowly, so the shell cracks and the kernel stays whole, and the walled tray keeps shells off the counter. The frame prints lying flat, so the cracking force runs along the layers rather than across them.
