M5 Screw Flexure-Pad Guitar Capo
A one-piece screw capo. An M5 bolt runs through a captive nut and presses on a pad hung from a 12 mm living hinge, so the bolt tip never touches the neck finish. The pad tilts up to clamp necks about 16–25 mm deep (fretboard plus neck) inside a 68 mm wide throat. The frame prints flat, so the clamping load runs along the layers, and a 2 mm recess on the bar takes a 10 mm wide rubber or felt strip that sits on the strings.
