Print-In-Place Hinged Pinch Collar For 3/4 in EMT
A clamshell stop collar for 3/4 in EMT conduit (23.4 mm OD) that prints in one piece with its 5 mm hinge pin already in place. It swings open so you can snap it on partway along a rail, then one M5 bolt and a captive M5 nut pull the 2 mm pinch gap closed. You don't have to slide anything over the pipe end. It is 16 mm tall with a 37 mm OD body, has a 23.6 mm bore and is 56 mm long overall. Use it as a height stop, a rail end-stop or an anchor point on EMT.
