Print-In-Place Fold-Down Tote Carry Handle
A bolt-on replacement for the cracked molded handle on a Rubbermaid- or HDX-style storage tote. It prints as one piece with a fold-down bail handle that pivots on two captured 5 mm pins in 6 mm knuckle bores, with 0.5 mm clearance all round. The 110 x 37 x 4 mm backplate has four 5.5 mm slotted holes for M5 bolts with fender washers, and the slots fit bolt spacings from 32 to 56 mm. Between the arms the grip opening is 72 x 49 mm, enough for a gloved hand.
