Slot-Adjust Print-In-Place Surface Cabinet Hinge
This surface-mount butterfly hinge prints in place. Each 64 x 28 x 3 mm leaf has a 9 mm five-knuckle barrel with a 5 mm pin running in a 6 mm bore, so the pin has 0.5 mm of clearance all round. It replaces discontinued non-Euro hinges on older face-frame cabinets. The 3.8 mm slots for #6 wood screws (3.5 mm shank) run lengthwise on one leaf and crosswise on the other, so you can line them up with the old screw holes instead of drilling new ones.
