Resin Shed Door Slotted Replacement Hinge
A 96 mm print-in-place butt hinge to replace broken plastic hinges on resin garden sheds and storage boxes. Each 44 mm leaf has two 5.5 x 12 mm slotted holes so it fits existing screw positions, plus a round 5.5 mm centre hole for an M5 bolt or #10 screw. The 14 mm knuckles turn on a fused 6 mm pin with 0.5 mm clearance, so it prints assembled with no supports.
