Pet Door Flap Clamp Rail With 5 mm Pin Barrel
A replacement top rail for flap-style pet doors whose original hinge rail has snapped and is no longer sold. It is 160 mm long and 30 mm tall. A 3.5 mm slot takes a vinyl or rubber flap up to about 3.2 mm thick. Five M3 bolts at 32 mm spacing go through the flap and seat in captured hex nuts, and a 5.3 mm bore along the top runs on a 5 mm steel rod used as the hinge pin. Check that your frame takes a 5 mm pin before ordering.
