Toy Box Lid Bolt-Core Print-In-Place Hinge
An 80 x 90 mm print-in-place butt hinge for toy-box and chest lids. It has five 14 mm knuckles and 0.5 mm running clearance. The printed pin is hollow, with a 5.5 mm bore, so you can slide an M5 bolt through to stiffen it. Each 3.5 mm leaf has three 5.5 mm holes for M5 bolts or #10 wood screws.
