M5 Thumbscrew Card Scraper Bowing Holder
A 140 x 24 x 20 mm handle for a flat cabinet card scraper. The scraper stands in a 1.2 mm slot that runs the full length and is open at both ends, so it takes blades 0.4–1.0 mm thick and 120 mm or longer. An M5 screw goes into a captive M5 nut (8 mm across flats) and pushes on the middle of the blade so it bows into a 3.2 mm relief, which sets the curve without heating your thumbs.
