Swing-Arm Mirror M5 Clevis Wall Pivot
A replacement wall pivot for extendable bathroom magnifying mirrors whose original wall knuckle has cracked or worn loose. The 60 x 96 mm plate fixes with four countersunk #8 screws on a 40 x 76 mm pattern. Two gusseted clevis ears leave a 14 mm gap for the arm's end eye, which you ream to 5.5 mm. An M5 x 35 bolt runs through the ears into a captured nut, and you tighten it to set the swing friction. The pivot sits 20 mm off the wall, so the arm can swing through 180°.
