Framed Shower Door Bottom Pivot Block
Replacement bottom pivot block for framed pivot shower doors whose nylon original has cracked and been discontinued. The tongue slides into the aluminium stile channel (default 22 x 12 mm, set at the top of the script), a 30 x 14 mm shoulder stops on the stile end and carries the door weight, and a 14 mm pin block below takes a 5 mm steel rod in a 5.3 mm bore held by an M3 set screw, with the pin offset from the channel centre adjustable (default 6 mm). Two 3.4 mm M4 self-tap holes through the tongue let the original frame screw go through either the face or the side of the stile; overall 49 mm long.
