Cartwheel Flexure Pivot Joint
A single-piece compliant pivot: two 50 x 12 x 12 mm M3 mounting blocks joined by two crossing 1.2 mm leaf springs. It gives about ±10° of rotation with no backlash, no friction and no bearings. Each block has two 3.4 mm M3 clearance holes on 24 mm centres. The whole part is 50 x 60 x 12 mm and prints flat, so the blades bend in the layer plane rather than across the layer lines.
