Crochet Hook Twelve-Size Gauge Stand
A two-tier desk stand that holds 12 metric crochet hooks upright, hook end down, in 28–30 mm deep sized wells. It takes 2.0–4.5 mm hooks in the front row and 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.5, 7.0 and 8.0 mm hooks in the raised back row, on 18 mm centres so ergonomic handles fit side by side. Each well is modelled 0.4 mm over the hook size, so it also works as a gauge: a hook with a worn-off size marking only drops into its own hole or a larger one. The stand is 120 x 52 x 50 mm, with hollow tiers and 2 mm tube walls to save material.
