Dog Tie-Out Swivel Cap For 1/2 in EMT Stake
A print-in-place swivel head for a dog tie-out that slips over a 1/2 in EMT conduit stake (17.9 mm OD, 18.3 mm bore, 36 mm deep). It replaces the swivel eye that strips or snaps on corkscrew stakes, which are usually only sold as a whole kit. A 50 mm ring rides on a V-race with a 0.5 mm gap, so the 11 mm snap-hook eye turns a full 360° and the lead doesn't wind around the stake. The part is 45 mm tall, and the pull from the lead runs in the layer plane. There's an optional M4 self-tapping set-screw hole if you want to lock the cap onto the stake.
