Gravity Roller Note Grip Rail
This rail screws to the wall above a desk and holds paper with an 8 mm steel rod (cut to 148 mm) that rolls in a sloped channel. To load a note, push it up into the 3 mm bottom slot. To release it, lift the rod with a fingertip through the front window. The rail is 178 x 20 x 39 mm with a 150 mm clear span, so it takes A5, half-letter, index cards, receipts and photos. It mounts with #6/#8 or M4 screws through 4.5 mm tab holes, and an M3 screw with a washer covers the hole the rod goes in through.
