Noval And Octal Vacuum Tube Puller Tongs
These flexure tongs are 162 mm long and pull valves straight out of their sockets. The facing 90° V-jaws grip any envelope from 18 to 42 mm across: 7-pin and noval preamp tubes (12AX7 type) sit on the flanks, and octal power tubes are held at the four rounded jaw edges. The grip is 10 mm tall and the jaws open to 60 mm. You pull straight up instead of rocking the pins loose, and your fingers stay off the glass. Let the tubes cool first, or order it in PETG/ASA, because PLA softens on hot glass.
