AA Dummy Cell Battery Eliminator
A printed AA-sized dummy cell (14.2 mm diameter, 47 mm body, about 50.5 mm overall with an M3 socket-head cap screw as the + nub) that lets you power a wall clock, remote, toy or sensor from a 1.5–3 V supply instead of batteries. The two M3 terminal screws self-tap into 2.6 mm pilot holes, and the supply wires run in two 1.8 mm side grooves and tuck under the screw heads through end-face channels. The – end has a 7 mm × 1.6 mm counterbore so a low-head M3 screw sits almost flush.
