Open-Base Kayak Dock Horn Cleat
A 102 mm open-base horn cleat for tying off kayaks, canoes and dinghies, and for fitting to kayak carts. Its 110 x 36 mm base bolts down with two M5 bolts or #10 screws on 40 mm centres, with counterbores so the heads sit below the horns. A 22 x 14 mm gap under the bar lets you lead a dock line up to about 10 mm through the cleat before the figure-eight wraps. The horns are undercut at 45° so it prints without supports. Print it in PETG or ASA if it will live outdoors.
