Oven Rack Push-Pull Hook Stick
A flat 170 x 30 x 8 mm stick for sliding a hot oven rack out or back in. The 7 mm side notch hooks the front wire to pull the rack, and the V notch in the tip pushes it home. It works on the usual 4–6 mm rack wire and keeps your knuckles away from the heating element. An 8 mm hole lets it hang on a hook, and the long slot keeps it light. Print it flat in PETG or ASA rather than PLA, since it will touch hot steel.
