Paper Stack Jogging Corner Block
This gusseted 90° corner block squares a loose stack of up to about 40 mm of paper, so it's ready for stapling, punching or the guillotine. Tap the stack into the corner and it lines up. The two 100 mm long, 40 mm tall walls are 4 mm thick. A 6 mm relief bore at the inside corner lets dog-eared corners seat flat, and the cut-away diagonal floor lets you lift the stack straight out. The whole block is 115 x 115 x 40 mm and needs no hardware.
