Parallel-Flexure Sprung Belt Tensioner
A spring-loaded drivetrain belt tensioner for 2020 extrusion. Two parallel 2 mm flexure blades let the idler block slide sideways without tilting, and an 8.3 mm bore takes an M8 bolt carrying stacked 608 bearings as the roller. Slide the base along its two 12 mm M5 T-nut slots to push the roller into the belt. The blades then act as the spring and take up slack as the belt stretches. The whole part is 104 x 24 x 12 mm.
