Pi Zero 2020 Rail Mount With Cable Tie Bridge
A 90 x 34 mm mounting plate that bolts to 2020 aluminium extrusion with two counterbored M5 holes for T-nuts. It holds a Raspberry Pi Zero on four 6 mm standoffs on the 58 x 23 mm hole pattern, with M2.5 clearance holes and screw-head recesses underneath. A zip-tie bridge at one end gives the USB or camera cable strain relief, so it doesn't pull on the board's connectors.
