Pi Zero Single-Gang Box Vented Cover Plate
This standard-size 70 x 114.3 mm wall plate mounts a Raspberry Pi Zero inside a single-gang electrical box. The Pi Zero hangs behind the plate on four standoffs on the 58 x 23 mm pattern, with 2.9 mm bores for M2.5 screws, so you get a flush, vented in-wall sensor or Home Assistant node. The #6-32 box-screw slots are on the 83.3 mm standard centres and have ±1.5 mm of travel to handle sloppy boxes, and a 6 mm back rim seats the plate against the drywall.
