Print-In-Place 5 mm Shaft U-Joint
A three-piece Cardan universal joint that prints fully assembled — two yokes and a cross with 5 mm trunnions in 6 mm bores (0.5 mm running clearance), articulating roughly ±20° per axis. Both hubs take a 5 mm motor shaft (5.3 mm slip-fit bore, 9.5 mm and 13 mm deep) locked by an M3 grub screw in a 2.6 mm self-tapping radial hole; overall 30 mm hub diameter × 44 mm tall.
