Print-In-Place Oldham Shaft Coupler
A three-piece print-in-place Oldham coupling that joins a 5 mm stepper/gearmotor shaft (5.3 mm bore) to an 8 mm smooth rod or shaft (8.3 mm bore) while absorbing parallel misalignment instead of side-loading the bearings. Ø28 mm hubs, 34 mm tall overall; dovetailed sliding tongues keep the stack captive, and each hub has a flat boss bored 4.0 mm for an M3 heat-set insert and grub screw.
