Print-In-Place Flexure Double Roller Catch
A replacement double-roller cabinet catch. Two 12 mm rollers spin on fixed 5 mm pins and print in place, held captive by a cone at the foot and a cap on top. Each pin sits on a 1.6 mm flexure arm about 26 mm long that springs outward as the strike blade pushes into the 1.5 mm gap. The 46 x 46 x 14 mm block takes two #6/#8 or M4 screws through 4.5 mm holes with 9.5 mm counterbores. You can reuse the metal strike from the broken catch or use any blade 1.5–4 mm thick.
