Print-In-Place Shade Chain Loop Tensioner
This print-in-place tensioner for roller and cellular shades has a 40 mm V-groove pulley (8 mm wide, 4 mm deep). The pulley turns on a 9 mm pin and is held in place by an overhead bridge, with 0.5 mm clearance on every mating face. Two #6 screws (4.5 mm holes) hold it to the frame: one goes through the hollow pin and one through the tab. It keeps a loose bead-chain or cord loop (up to about 5 mm) taut and close to the wall, so a worn clutch is less likely to let the shade droop and children can't pull the loop out.
